Story
Aspire's 20km Challenge
This year, Aspire Active Education Group turned 20, and we’re marking the milestone the only way we know how… together, with purpose, and on the move.
On Thursday 4th September, the Aspire team, including current team members and Aspire Legends, will take on a 20km walking challenge through the Malvern Hills, raising money for three charities close to our hearts:
• British Heart Foundation
• Tommy’s
• Birmingham Children’s Hospital
Our Impact:
Since 2005, Aspire has worked with schools and communities across the UK (and beyond) to help children lead healthier, happier lives.
• We've directly supported over 300,000 children through physical activity, coaching and education programmes
• Our network and training have extended our reach to nearly 2 million children through partners and teachers we’ve upskilled
• We’ve trained hundreds of apprentices, supported hundreds of teachers, and employed hundreds of passionate people
• We’ve helped schools embed purposeful physical activity into their culture — improving confidence, connection, and well-being for the next generation
• And we’ve never lost sight of our purpose: to develop people. Whether that’s children, educators, leaders or each other.
This 20km challenge is an opportunity to reflect, reconnect, and give back.
How You Can Help:
Whether you can donate, share our story, or simply cheer us on, your support means the world. Every pound raised will go directly to supporting the life-changing work of BHF, Tommy’s, and Birmingham Children’s Hospital.
Thank you for walking alongside us.
