I’m 40 years old and have spent 20 years in a wheelchair. This year, I’m taking on a cycling challenge to give back to the charities that have supported me — turning a tough chapter into something positive.

My friend Victoria will join me on the 50 mile ride, and every penny raised will go to Spinal Track and Sue Ryder, two incredible causes that help others find independence and care.
