This year I’m going to try and raise money for 2 amazing charities that are very much needed. I have close associations with both charities and their services are very needed in the world. You can choose which to support, or split what you can afford between the two! As always anything that you can give in these tough times is massively appreciated!

The Challenge: I am going to attempt to do the David Goggins 4x4x48. Where I will run 4 miles every 4 hours over 48 hours. This means I will set off at 5pm on a Friday and do my last run at 1pm on the Sunday. Provisional date is staring at 5pm on 6th June.

This challenge terrifies me especially the lack of sleep. You can also join me for a lap or two if you fancy.

Date is subject to my recovery after the marathon and may be pushed back, but I will do it this year xx
