On Saturday, May 4th, 2024, I'll be embarking on a challenging 50-mile trail ultra from Malham in the Yorkshire Dales, up to the Yorkshire Three Peaks, and back to Malham. This endeavor, with its 9,000 feet of climbing, is in support of Lifeshare, a homeless charity in Manchester.

While my main goal is to raise funds for Lifeshare, I also want to take this opportunity to raise awareness among my male family, friends, colleagues at work, and those who know me about the importance of regular prostate check-ups. This cause is deeply personal to me as I battle prostate cancer myself.
