Smart Works is a charity supporting women back into employment. They provide a complete outfit of clothes and accessories (theirs to keep) for job interviews and one-to-one interview coaching, so that these women feel more confident, and believe in their own ability to succeed. Smart Works gives women the confidence, the self-belief and the practical tools they require to succeed at interview and start a new chapter of their life.

In the run up to International Women's Day on the 8th March, AECOM's Newcastle team of five will take up the challenge of cycling at least 500 miles in one week, raising much-needed funds to help the Newcastle Smart Works branch to support North East women and their families to transform their lives.
