We have all known, and many of us have lost, people to Alzheimer’s and dementia. Statistically, 1 in 2 people are affected by dementia and Alzheimer’s, either by developing the condition, caring for someone who has it, or both.

Alzheimer’s Research UK is the UK’s leading research charity, striving to find a cure for Alzheimer’s and dementia.

They’re working to revolutionise the way dementia and Alzheimer’s are treated and diagnosed, as well as working to prevent them.

With your support, they will keep going until every person is free from the heartbreak of dementia.

This charity is very close to our hearts and has motivated our mum to start her running journey, going from never running to running 5km in a couple of months, and now striving to run 10km in the next couple of months.
