Over the weekend of 26/27 June, the 2 of us are cycling 220 miles - the equivalent of cycling from London to Manchester - in aid of Autism Family Support Oxfordshire. AFSO is a local charity, whose main focus is supporting children and young people with autism and their families to be happy, healthy, and to achieve and thrive.

We've never cycled more than 100 miles in a day, so this is a significant challenge. Please donate whatever you can to help a good cause and to spur us on.
