Every three minutes, someone in the UK develops dementia - it's one of the biggest health challenges of our time. But like many other awful diseases, it isn’t just about the person with dementia; this condition also has a major effect on the whole family and close friends.

Dementia UK are the specialist dementia nursing charity that is there for the whole family. Their nurses, known as Admiral Nurses, provide free, life-changing support and advice to anyone affected by dementia.

This November, thousands of people across the UK, will be taking part in the “100 Skips a Day in November” challenge to raise much needed funds for Dementia UK.
