Three friends have decided to take on the IRONMAN relay challenge in 2023! Are they mad?

Craig, Ross, and Charles are taking on IRONMAN 70.3 in Nice to raise awareness of stroke and to support the work A Stroke of Luck does in giving access to exercise and activity for stroke survivors to aid their recovery journeys.

The chaps head off to France in June to Swim (Craig), Cycle (Ross), and Run Charles). Between now and then, Craig is getting back in the water to see if he can remember how to swim, Ross has taken off his stabilisers, and Charles has a new pair of go-faster trainers.
