Alzheimer’s Society is transforming the landscape of dementia forever. Until the day we find a cure, we must work together to support those with and those who care for people with dementia.

It is a leading cause of death globally and most of us will know someone who has, or has passed away from, this heart-breaking disease.

Last year, donations helped over 200,000 people who were affected by dementia, but we need to increase our support this year with the rise of the pandemic.

On May 21st, we will trek up Snowdown to raise money for Alzheimer’s Society. *Even if the event cannot go ahead due to COVID, we will still trek it as soon as we can!
