On June 9th AMI along with IAHV UK is taking part for the 19th year in the Annual UK ASCIS National Charities 10K Fitness Run/ walk/ or even dance it!

Our AMI team is joining them virtually in each of our own countries! This year we have decided to make our Fun and Fitness run really blow your minds..

We are in training for a 10K TRIATHLON! How about that!

We already have climbing Mount Vesuvius, kayaking, swimming, walking, trampolining, and bicycling amongst our endeavors!

Will you join hands with us to raise funds to send 2 of our Ayurveda Mother and Infant core team to Washington DC to spread our message at the World Culture Festival 2023. (An unforgettable, historic 3 day celebration connecting millions of people who long for more unity and less division)

Our message is simple and clear:

The hub of a family and ultimately a peaceful society society is a happy vibrant mother .
