In loving memory of Andrew

Andrew, died of cancer earlier this year – but he also lived with cancer for five years. His Macmillan Nurse was a significant part of that journey; she was always there with advice, reassurance, and practical support whenever he needed it, helping him to keep living and enjoying life for as long as he could.

We are heartbroken by the loss of Andrew. In his memory, and to thank Macmillan for their support, a team of us will be taking on the Macmillan Mighty Hike in September 2025.

Macmillan Cancer Support provides emotional, practical, and financial support to people living with cancer. They offer expert guidance, run support services, and fund specialist healthcare professionals to help ensure no one faces cancer alone.

There are currently 3 million people living with cancer in the UK today. It's Macmillan's goal to be there for everyone from the moment of diagnosis.
