On Sunday 6th April, we’re running through London for a small local charity, Link Age Southwark.

Link Age Southwark works in the London Borough of Southwark to reduce loneliness and isolation amongst older people and people living with dementia through its befriender and group activity programmes.

Aoife volunteers every week as a befriender to 91 year old Doreen, who loves to chat about everything from her life and career to her love of Agatha Christie and The Repair Shop over a cup of tea and biscuit.

Every donation, big or small, will make a difference in tackling loneliness and providing services that have a tangible impact on people’s lives.
