Team AON Coastal Carnage, Daren, Maddie, Bridget & Lorraine. We are a group of friends brought together by the amazing world of CrossFit. On Sunday the 16th of October we will be testing our training by working together through 4 WOD’s (work outs of the day). I know its says of the day and we are going to do four in one day! These will be all out sessions where we will leave it all out there on the floor.

We are taking part in this amazing event to raise money for a local Charity Chemohero. A charity close to all in the team. Most of us have been touched with cancer or know someone who has. So this is our opportunity to give back for when we were supported. The added bonus is the 5th event of the day is an AMRAP (as much raised as possible) So friends, family and colleagues please dig deep as every penny really does count! Dont forget gift aid.
