Story
In April 2026, a few of us will be taking on the London Marathon to raise money for three brilliant charities: Kinetic Foundation, Bloomsbury Football Foundation and the Passage.
Both organisations use football as a powerful tool to create opportunities for young people who might otherwise be left behind - helping them build confidence, discipline, and pathways into education, employment, and positive futures.
Thank you so much for any support you’re able to give - it really does mean a great deal.
About the Charities
Kinetic Foundation
Kinetic Foundation works with young people from disadvantaged backgrounds, using football as a powerful platform to support education, employability, and long-term personal development. Through structured programmes, mentoring, and clear pathways beyond the pitch, Kinetic helps young people build confidence, ambition, and the skills needed to succeed both in work and in life. Their focus on creating real, lasting opportunities makes a meaningful difference well beyond football itself.
Bloomsbury Football Foundation
Bloomsbury Football Foundation provides free, inclusive football and mentoring programmes for young people across London, with a strong emphasis on wellbeing, community, and personal development. By creating safe, supportive environments where football is accessible to all, Bloomsbury helps young people develop resilience, confidence, and a sense of belonging - both on and off the pitch.
The Passage
The Passage is a UK charity supporting people experiencing homelessness and rough sleeping. Based in London, it provides practical help, tailored support, and long-term solutions to help individuals move away from the streets and rebuild their lives.
Together, these charities demonstrate the power of sport to drive positive social change, and we’re proud to be running in support of their work.
