After doing several OCR / mud runs including the Spartan Super last year Jason Hobson, Steven Isherwood and Ian Minton have signed up to complete the Spartan Trifecta challenge in 2019.

The Spartan Trifecta challenge is to complete 3 x varying distance Spartan races in a calendar year as detailed below-

Spartan Sprint – 5K minimum distance with minimum 20 obstacles

Spartan Super – 13K minimum distance with minimum 25 obstacles

Spartan Beast – 21K minimum distance with minimum 30 obstacles

We have decided as this is bit more than a normal challenge we are going to do the challenge in order to raise money for Cancer Research & Dementia UK.

We have to date completed the Spartan Sprint race in the Death Valley area of South West on 23.06.2019 and Spartan Super in the very hilly Marston Lodge in The Midlands on 13.07.2019 so” just” have The Beast to complete in Windsor on 05.10.2019.
