Mel & I have set ourselves a big challenge this October – to complete 100 miles each in support of the National Autistic Society. It’s a cause that means a lot to us, and we’d love for you to be part of our journey.

Autism touches the lives of so many families, and the National Autistic Society does amazing work to provide support, resources, and raise awareness.

They are there to help the 700,000 autistic people in the UK and their families - be it running specialist schools, campaigning for improved rights or training companies on being more autism-friendly, they are dedicated to transforming lives and changing attitudes.

Every step we take this month will be for them – and with your help, we can make a real difference.
