Life took a turn in June 2022 when we found out about Dad’s cancer. Each of us coped in our own way—some with anger, some with confusion, and others overwhelmed by sadness.

After a year and a half of watching our father fight through unimaginable pain, he took his last breath on 14/02/2024.

Through it all, Dad showed us what true strength, positivity, and courage look like. That fighting spirit gave us more time together, and now it’s our turn to honour him by embodying that same strength and courage.

The emotions we’ve been holding inside, we plan to channel into this run.

Dad, we know you’ll be watching us, probably laughing at our attempt, but we promise—we’ll make it to the finish line!
