We are the Link to Hope Balkan Trek team raising much needed funds to help rebuild lives and communities in Eastern Europe through education and social care projects. The countries we support are Romania, Moldova, Bulgaria and Ukraine of which a large proportion will be going to support the refugees and the rebuilding of Ukraine.
