Story
Thank you for visiting our JustGiving page for Barry Jones, who died on 20th November. A retired headteacher of two Cambridge primary schools, Barry was always a community-minded man and prior to his death he expressed a desire to support worthy charities whose causes were close to his heart.
The first of these is Cambridge-based Red Hen Project, of which Barry has been a trustee in the past. The Red Hen Project: Helping children to achieve at home and at school in Cambridge. (https://redhenproject.org/)
The second is a SE London based homelessness charity, The 999 Club, for which one of Barry’s grandchildren works. 999 Club charity - Ending Homelessness in South East London (https://999club.org/).
It is so kind of you to donate to these causes in this way, knowing that Barry would be enormously appreciative of your generosity in the knowledge that people in need are benefiting at this time. Thankyou very much on behalf of Barry from all his family.
