Raising money for The Woodworks Project

The Woodworks Project is a Bath-based charity that have fully equipped woodwork and upholstery workshops for the benefit of people disadvantaged by mental or physical health conditions, a history of addition to drugs or alcohol and those who have suffered a debilitating major life trauma.

Story

PUMA & The Woodworks Project are joining forces for the Bath Half 2020!

Our two organisations share many of the same values - respect, integrity, perseverance and indomitable spirit, to name just a few.

By setting ourselves the personal challenge of completing the Bath Half 2020, we are improving ourselves and raising a little money for charity along the way.

The Woodworks Project aims to empower people through engagement in meaningful activities, such as woodworking and upholstery, to help maintain wellbeing and promote team working. Any one of us, or our loved ones, could be faced with a difficult challenge during our lifetimes and could do with a helping hand to get back on our feet. Your support will help The Woodworks Project continue running weekly woodworking and upholstery sessions for the most vulnerable people in our community, and help to keep furniture out of landfill.
