The Batt School is a Dementia friendly school. The staff are attempting to walk over 15 miles on 19th June 2021 to support Alzhiemers Research.

Some of us have lost close relatives to this awful, distressing disease and know first hand the difference such charities make to not only the sufferer but also the support and advice they give to family and friends.

Every three minutes someone in the UK develops dementia. That's the equivalent of around 225,000 people every year. By taking part in Memory Walk you are helping us walk for a dementia free future and help people affected by dementia.
