Story
Setting off from a National Trust car park, we will make our through a stretch of light woodland terrain, skirting around the base of the mountains and climb uphill through a valley to reach the summit of Cribyn.
Here, we can enjoy some spectacular views overlooking the Welsh landscape, before continuing along the trail to the west for an even steeper climb up to the highest point in South Wales.
After arriving at the summit of Pen y Fan, we'll see more beautiful views overlooking the surrounding mountains and moors spread throughout the country. From here, we'll continue to the west to the summit of Corn Du, before following the trail down the mountainside in a north-western direction.
After passing by the waters of Llyn Cwm Llwch, we'll continue on to the north to descend back down the valley eventually meeting back up to a road to take us back to where we started!
