Ben and I are taking part in the London to Brighton cycle ride on Sunday 14th Sept, both as a challenge and to raise money for The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity. It's 56 miles including the daunting Ditchling Beacon max gradient 16%. The Marsden were instrumental in treating one of Ben's best school friends who's now well and studying at university.
