Story

On September 24th 2024, our son, brother, husband, daddy and much loved friend to many passed away at the age of 40 after an heroic fight against bowel cancer. Anthony (Ant)went through multiple operations and chemo regimes, always with a positive zest for life even though he knew the diagnosis was terminal. During the main part of his illness he lived in Kent with his wife (Shantel) and daughter (Thea) but they relocated to Blackpool as Ant wanted to come back to his hometown of Blackpool for the last few months of his life.

The support that the TRINITY PALLIATIVE CARE TEAM gave ALL the family was SECOND to NONE. The HOSPICE at HOME team were incredible; tending to Anthony's every need (day and night)and supported and comforted the whole family. They supported us throughout his final days and beyond.

I don't normally ask for sponsorship, as everyone has their own special charity they support.

But one year on, as a family we are entering the Glow Walk in memory of Ant and in AWE of the tremendous service Trinity offers in those very difficult times.

So all I ask, is that a donation of just £1 will make a huge difference. I hope you can support this amazing charity.

Thank you in anticipation
