Story
I'm taking on the Samaritans charity walk in November to help raise awareness to suicide. This cause means a lot to me as I myself have struggled with mental illness, so I know personally just how quickly it can change someone, and the people around them. Mental health is just as important as physical health, and it should not be overlooked. Statistically, there are 819,133 people that were lost to suicide worldwide this year. Additionally, children from as young as 10 have lost their lives to suicide, meaning they've missed out on their entire life. Suicide can affect anyone, a smile can hide everything and not many people realise that someone is struggling until it's too late. That's why I'm asking for just a small donation if you can, to prevent suicide, because this is a cause so close to my heart and I want to do everything I can to help 🩷

We unite to raise awareness of people’s experiences, create partnerships and campaign for suicide prevention. Together, we make suicide prevention a priority and reach people before it’s too late. In every community, including yours.
Every hour. Every day. Every life. If you believe the power of human connection can prevent suicide, join us.
