Story

The photo above is after the 2012 Milton Keynes "Big Cow" sprint triathlon with Joseph Harris aged 16 (left) and Tim Don (right), who is now the world record holder for the fastest Ironman triathlon. Joseph gave Tim a run for his money on the swim and cycle but Tim used his experience to pull away on the run! Joseph was a brilliant triathlete and always wanted to complete the Ironman but never got the chance after losing his life in 2017 in a tragic accident.

Joseph has inspired us two, Miranda Harris and Josh Beer, his mother and cousin, to form this team and take on the Ironman challenge on 25th July. This is a gruelling event and we have sacrificed a lot to reach this point.

Please give generously towards a good cause to support those with mental health issues through the Beer-Harris Memorial Trust. Our individual pages can be found below. Your donations, whether to the team or to our individual pages, would mean the world to us!
