On 2 October, four BHSI teammates, Charlotte, Caroline, Toby and Seb, will be taking on a marathon walk to raise money for CASPA.

We're swapping our desks for 26.2 miles of walking, sore feet, and what may turn out to be some questionable life choices, all in support of an incredible charity that helps autistic children, young people and their families build confidence, connection and a sense of belonging.

CASPA provides vital clubs, activities, life skills programmes and support networks, creating opportunities for autistic individuals to thrive and feel they truly belong.

We're proud to support such an important cause and would be hugely grateful for any donation, big or small. Every pound raised will help CASPA continue its life-changing work and help make our aching legs feel a little more worthwhile!
