Ash Nat and V are setting off from Venice, Italy to cycle through the balkans, with the rocky Grecian coast on the horizon. We’ll be cycling roughly 100km every day for 22 days from Italy, through Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Albania, to finally reach Greece.

With a long uni summer ahead, we decided to combine our desire to travel with a fundraising effort for UK-based charity Mind.

Mind UK is a national charity that gives advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. They campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding around everyday mental health issues.

As of last month, the team had almost zero road cycling experience. Over two months of shear graft, we’ll aim to get bikes, get fit, and set out on our expedition. Guaranteed entertainment, we encourage you follow closely and give whatever you can to support mental health services around the UK.
