Helen, Daniel, Graham, Adam, George and Joshua H (otherwise known as Team Bimson) are in the final stages of preparation to take part in Bikes, Boats & Boots 2025 in support of Eden Valley Hospice & Jigsaw. Together the team will all undertake a 20 mile cycling route, canoe 2 miles and hike 10 miles in the beautiful lake district, having the stunning Ullswater and Helvellyn as their backdrop.

As a charity, the hospice relies on the generosity, kindness and determination of the local community to ensure that palliative care and end-of-life support is available to families 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We are taking on this challenge as we wish to support the hospice, and the families they care for.

Like many people, we at Bimson Haulage have had team members supported by this hospice and greatly appreciate the work they continue to do. Bimson Haulage have a long history of supporting Eden Valley Hospice with multiple donations over the years and we are proud to continue to support this amazing cause.

Just £33 can provide an hour of nursing care for a person who is struggling to manage their symptoms. £54 could provide an hour of bereavement support to a person, lost without their loved one.

Together, we will make a difference.
