A group of friends going for (a long) walk with an unashamed approach for your cold hardcash. On 16th July this year 6 friends are taking on a 26 mile marathon hike from Alnwick Castle in Northumberland to Bamburgh Castle in Northumberland.

As a group we are far from athletes and come in many shapes and sizes, most of them round. This is going to be quite some challenge for us but its for a great cause in Macmillan Cancer Support. Macmillan is a great cause, giving people with cancer everything they’ve got in terms of support, sharing worries and looking for solutions at a time when people are at their most vulnerable, but without support they are unable to do what they do, which is why between the 6 of us we are aiming to raise a minimum of £2,500 anything that you can do to get us on our way would be greatly appreciated
