We did it! An incredible £1540 has been raised from our team page! A huge thank you to every one of you who has kindly donated and for all your support and kind words of encouragement.

We walked for 8 hours 40 minutes, grabbed a couple of breaks and gratefully walked/wobbled over the finishing line just before 4pm after starting off before 6.30am.

A huge challenge for us, we knew it had to be a stretch, and it was lol

We were blessed with beautiful Salisbury, sunshine, lots of rolling hills 🤣 and a fabulous Airbnb & hosts.

We are sore and proud 😊

We wanted to say a huge thank you for your kind donations, words and support for our trek26 (in just under 2 weeks!). We're delighted to have raised over £1000.00 already, for the amazing Alzheimer's Society.

We've trained well and last weekend hit the biggie, a long old 20 miles! Today we're taking our boy 🐾 to Woburn for a 10 mile trail 😊

Dad, aka fondly known as Bob, endured a long and difficult decline during the 8 years since he was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s, before he was cruelly taken as the pandemic hit with full force in April 2020.

We have set ourselves a tough challenge to trek 26 miles on May 10th, exploring the area around and including Stonehenge. Training is underway!

The timing of the trek challenge is apt, to mark the 5-year anniversary since losing Dad, and to continue our remembrance.

Having seen the awful impact of Alzheimer's on Dad, and his close family, we are joining the mission to raise much needed funds to learn more about how to eradicate this illness for future generations.
