Story
Help Me Turn Distance Into Hope
In September 2025, I was diagnosed with metastatic bowel and bone cancer.Let me tell you time stopped. But since then, The Royal Marsden has become more than just a hospital to me. It has been a place of extraordinary care, compassion, and world-leading treatment during the most difficult time of mine and my beautiful family's lives.
Now, I want to give something back.
The Challenge
Over the next three months, I am aiming to collectively complete the distance between my hometown of Wellington, New Zealand, and my forever home in London. That is 18,861 kilometres.
I am inviting everyone to be part of this journey. You can walk, run, cycle, row, ski, swim, scoot or move in any way you like. Every kilometre counts and brings us closer to our goal while raising vital funds for The Royal Marsden.
Cancer affects so many lives. Supporting hospitals like The Royal Marsden helps fund life-saving treatment, groundbreaking research, and hope for the future.
The Final Push
On Saturday 25th April, we will come together to complete the final distance at T2Fit in Purley. Anyone can join and use equipment such as rowers, ski ergs, air bikes, bike ergs, or even a sled push to help get us over the finish line.
Whether you complete one kilometre or fifty, you will be making a difference.
The Goal
I am hoping to raise £3,000–£5,000 to support the incredible work of The Royal Marsden. Every donation, big or small, will help change lives.
If you can donate, take part, or share this page, it would mean the world to me.
Thank you for your support and for being part of this journey. We are coming at this with strength, positivity and heart like the warriors we all are. Lets do this team!!
