Bon Secours 1000km Cycle Challenge in aid of The Irish Cancer Society

Raising money for Irish Cancer Society

We are a community of patients, survivors, volunteers, supporters, health and social care professionals and researchers. Together we are transforming the experiences and outcomes of people affected by cancer through our advocacy, support services and research.

Story

A small team of 6 from the Bon Secours Hospital in Galway are taking on a 1000km cycle that will see us connect with our sister hospitals throughout the country in Limerick, Tralee, Cork, and Dublin. We're aiming to complete the challenge in under 60 hours.

The challenge is a nod of thanksgiving to the wonderful people within our hospitals, delivering exceptional patient care on a daily basis and also to these same people who help & support one another overcome our own worries and challenges.

We have partnered with The Irish Cancer Society, who do incredible work, and every penny raised will go towards funding patient patient care.

Thank you in advance.

Michelle, Martina, Jean, Donal, Colin & Seán.
