Bowel cancer has become more common in people who are younger than when current screening age might pick it up.

If you get symptoms, it’s important to see your GP. An earlier pick up can make a huge difference to treatment options. After someone close to us has just finished treatment (thanks to all the team at NHS Lothian) we are raising awareness and, with your support, funds for bowel cancer UK- which has a really good set of information leaflets and a very supportive forum.

And we’re pushing ourselves to complete a challenge too!!
