Wear A Hat Day is one of the UK's biggest and most important brain tumour research fundraising and awareness-raising days.

Story

Wear A Hat Day is one of the UK's biggest and most important brain tumour research fundraising and awareness-raising days. Wearing a hat or one of our specially designed hat-themed pin badges is a sign of support for Brain Tumour Research, our mission and all those living with, or lost to, a brain tumour.

Brain Tumour Research is uniquely focused on funding sustainable and long-term research into brain tumours at dedicated UK Research Centres. Your support will help us get closer to a cure for brain tumours. The Charity is building a network of brilliant researchers and developing the next generation of world-class experts in neuro-oncology. We're also influencing the Government and larger cancer charities to invest more nationally into this crucial area of medical research.

Brain tumours kill more children and adults under the age of 40 than any other cancer. Just 1% of the national spend on cancer research has been allocated to this disease. We are a leading voice calling for support and action for research into what is called the last battleground against cancer.
