Raising money for Brain Tumour Research

London Marathon 2019
Campaign by Brain Tumour Research (RCN England and Wales 1153487, Scotland SC046840)
As the jewel in the UK running crown, the Marathon has a reputation for being one of the most meaningful events in the challenge calendar.

Story

We are fundraising for Brain Tumour Research to support research into the biggest cancer killer of children and the under forties.

Brain tumours are indiscriminate; they can affect anyone at any age. What’s more, they kill more children and adults under the age of 40 than any other cancer... yet historically just 1% of the national spend on cancer research has been allocated to this devastating disease.

We want to support Brain Tumour Research in their mission to make a real change. They are the only national charity in the UK that is dedicated to raising funds for continuous and sustainable scientific research into brain tumours and are a leading voice calling for greater support and action for research into what scientists often refer to as the last battleground against cancer.

Please help us to help them fund the fight.
