We're at it again! This time bigger and better than ever before as Ed and I take on our first ultra - 100km in the beautiful Lake District. We are raising money for Mental Health UK, as in the last couple years we have learned a lot about our own mental health and how seriously it affects many people in our communities. The pandemic has opened a massive dialogue about how we can all do better to take care of our own mental health and support those around us, so we want to keep that conversation going... along with our feet!
