We are doing Total Warrior for Mind Charity on July 11th 2021. Total Warrior is a 12k run with 25 Punishing Obstacles, 10 Tons of Ice, 100 Tons of Mud and 1 Free Beer at the end haha.... wish us luck.

To all the lads reading this... It's time to start talking about our Mental Health!

Suicide is the single biggest killer of men under 45. Yet, it’s not just young men that are at risk, as the highest suicide rate is for men aged 45-49 in the UK. Talking about mental health helps improve our communities by making it more acceptable for those suffering from mental illnesses to seek help, learn to cope, and get on the road to recovery. In addition, mental health isn't just about mental illnesses. It's also about maintaining a positive state of wellbeing.
