In July, I'll be taking on the Three Peaks Challenge - scaling each of the highest peaks in Scotland, England and Wales - to raise money for two charities which do so much to support victims of domestic abuse in Powys.

Both the Montgomeryshire Family Crisis Centre and Calan DVS are fantastic charities I'm involved with, and I know any support you are able to offer would help ensure their vital work can help even more people across the county. I would be really grateful for your support!

I am hoping to raise a combined total of £3,408 for the two charities, which corresponds to the total height in metres of those three peaks.
