A group of us will be taking part in a running event in memory of Calum McNab. Some of us will be completing the half marathon, while others will be running the 10k, all to honour Calum’s life after his tragic passing.

We are also doing this to show our love and support for his wife Aimee and her family — standing beside them through this heartbreaking loss and keeping Calum’s memory close with every step we take.

The race is in Glasgow Bellahoustine park on the 2nd of May.

Dads Rock offers a range of free and low-cost programs and services, including weekly playgroups, parenting workshops and courses, one-on-one support for vulnerable young dads, online support, and general support for dads and their families, with a focus on positive mental health. They've been helping families since 2012 and have supported thousands of dads in the progress. As a small and local Scottish charity, any donation will go far in supporting their work!
