At P3 Charity (People, Potential, Possibilities), we believe in the power of community and in everyone’s right to feel supported, valued, and empowered to thrive—no matter their circumstances.

In my role as a mental health support worker at P3, I’ve had the privilege of working closely with people who face a wide range of challenges. Every day, I witness the strength and resilience of individuals living with mental health difficulties, and I’m passionate about walking alongside them as they rebuild their lives, find hope, and rediscover confidence.

One of our key services is at Cambridge Road, where we provide housing and emotional support for residents striving to live independently. While the people we support are full of potential, the shared spaces they rely on—like our garden, communal lounge, and office—are in urgent need of revitalisation. These spaces are more than just rooms; they’re places where people connect, reflect, and feel safe. They’re where breakfast clubs happen, where support is shared, and where moments of joy can bloom.

We’re aiming to transform these areas into welcoming, calming, and inspiring environments by adding greenery, updating furniture, and creating inviting outdoor spaces that encourage social interaction and promote mental wellbeing.

To help bring this vision to life, I’m taking on the Mount Snowdon Hike on September 27th, 2025. I’m proud to be joined by eight amazing friends who are walking alongside me in support of this cause.

Our collective fundraising target is to raise money toward these vital improvements, and my personal goal is to raise £500. Every donation, no matter how big or small, will go directly towards creating a space where people feel safe, uplifted, and connected.
