Story

My family and I are going to walk the Camino in memory of our dear dad, Dermot Hennigan, who passed away on the 31st May 2023.

Dad was diagnosed with pulmonary fibrosis in February 2020. He planned to walk the Camino if he received a lung transplant. Sadly, he never had the opportunity to do this. We are walking from Tui to Santiago de Compostela to remember him.

We want to raise money for The Irish Lung Fibrosis Association, who carry out research, and provide education and support for patients with pulmonary fibrosis and their families.

Any donation would be greatly appreciated.
