In loving memory of Hazel - a wonderful wife, mum, sister, daughter, and friend.

Hazel was the heart of every room - full of laughter, love, and a spark that shone wherever she went. She was a lifelong QPR fan, a passionate footballer who won countless awards, a proud supporter of the Lionesses, and an unapologetic Kylie Minogue superfan (with a glass of Kylie prosecco in hand!).

Hazel and her husband travelled the world together with their daughters, creating memories full of adventure and joy. At just 26, Hazel beat cancer for the first time, showing the strength and determination that defined her life. When she was diagnosed with glioblastoma, she faced it with that same courage, grace and fierce love for her family and friends.

For the last 13 months of her journey, Hazel was cared for at home by Princess Alice Hospice in Surrey. Their incredible team provided comfort, compassion, and dignity, ensuring Hazel could stay surrounded by the people and place she loved most. Princess Alice Hospice relies almost entirely on donations to continue their vital work supporting patients and families through some of life's hardest moments.

The care and kindness shown by Karen and the Princess Alice team were truly invaluable - guiding and supporting Hazel and her family every step of the way.
