Story
This year I have committed to participating in a series of challenging events, including hiking a marathon in the Peak District, four 10km runs and the Royal Parks half marathon, with a sole purpose of raising funds for two incredibly important charities: Cancer Research UK and Great Ormond Street Children's Charity. These organisations are at the forefront of medical research and care, tirelessly working towards a world where people are living longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
Why am I doing this?
Cancer, as we know, affects far too many lives, with 1 in 2 of us getting cancer in our lifetime. Great Ormond Street Children's Charity provides vital support for children facing serious illnesses, ensuring they receive the best care and treatment. By supporting these two charities, we are contributing to breakthroughs in cancer research and providing hope to countless children and families.
How can you help?
I am reaching out to you because I believe that together, we can make a real difference. My goal is to raise £1500 and your support will play a crucial role in achieving this target. Your donation, no matter the size, will contribute to the funding of life-saving research, cutting-edge treatments, and compassionate care for children in need.
Your generosity and support mean the world to me and more importantly, to those who will benefit from the incredible work of these charities
