CASCAID - raising money for the NSPCC
Campaign by NSPCC (RCN 216401 and SC037717)
CASCAID unites colleagues (and friends and family), across the asset management industry to raise money for charity. Since 2018, we've raised over £5 million for CRUK, GOSH and the NSPCC.

Story

The CASCAID Olympics will take place in Battersea Park on Monday 15th May 2023. 32 teams of six will compete across seven events, including a relay race, 100 meter sprint, sack race and tug of war.

The minimum entry fee per team is £600, paid as a donation to the NSPCC via CASCAID. Please note that teams must be gender diverse – charity fines will be imposed on any that are not!

Please email emma.brown@mipagency.com to secure your team or ask any questions.

About the NSPCC:

Childhood should be a time to dream, but Covid-19 has robbed many more children of that opportunity. Since the pandemic and lockdowns: 1 in 6 children now struggle with their mental health - up from 1 in 9. The NSPCC has seen a 3x increase in children talking to Childline about sexual abuse within the family. And, a 53% in domestic violence.

We know that the right support at the right time can prevent both abuse and mental health problems from derailing the rest of a child's life.

£4 answers a call to Childline from a child suffering in a silence. £25 covers an hour of therapy - rebuilding lives after abuse. Every penny you raise can help put a child's life back on track. Every penny you raise is helping give thousands of children the support they need to dream of a brighter future.

We’re the only charity fighting to end child abuse in the UK and Channel Islands. That’s why we help children who’ve been abused to rebuild their lives, we protect children at risk, and we find the best ways of preventing child abuse from ever happening.
