I’m taking on the challenge to complete an IRONMAN 70.3 in Swansea on the 13th July. I wanted to raise money for both Alzheimer’s Society and Bowel cancer in memory of my wonderful grandparents. Many people all know someone affected by either illness & I want to help raise awareness and funds towards the amazing charities that help our loved ones during that time.

Any size donation is highly appreciated & going towards an amazing cause. Even though the two charities are together under a “team” the funds are still separate for each. Please donate to which charity you wish but if you wish to split evenly you will have to donate to each separately.
