Hi all!

On Sunday 10 September, me and my 65 year old father in law will be participating in the London to Brighton Cycle 2023, raising funds for the Multiple Sclerosis (MS) charity, which does an incredible work for research and awareness. MS is a challenging condition that affects countless lives, including friends and loved ones.

I have supported the MS charity since 2009 and fundraised while doing London to Brighton a number of times, and London to Paris in one ocasión. This time is more special for me as I am coming out of a knee injury and decided to get back to help with the cause in company of my father-in-law who used to train as a professional cyclist in the Tour of Colombia. He is now training me to get in shape and do my best this year.

This is a charity that is close to our heart and any sponsorship you could give would be greatly appreciated.
