This December I am doing the Brighton Santa Dash 5 for Rockinghorse Children's Charity!

Rockinghorse support sick babies, children and young people across Sussex. They work in partnership with local hospitals, respite centres and specialist services such as the Royal Alex and the Trevor Mann Baby Unit.

At Christmas time they try and bring the festive period to any children who might be spending time in hospital. This means delivering advent calendars, decorations and presents to the Royal Alex and other services in the run up to Christmas, along with lots of other activities.

- £25 could provide a child in hospital over Christmas with a gift to open.
- £50 could pay for a child & their family to attend a Christmas party with a visit from Santa, festive food and entertainment.
- £100 could pay for a Christmas tree on the wards to make the hospital feel more Christmassy.
- £250 could pay for two donkeys to visit the hospital, providing animal therapy to children spending time there.
