The picture above is of us running in our Love Oliver T shirts at the Wave Project 5km in the summer - so it's a fitting one!

Last year was a tough one for our family but we were helped through it by incredible medical staff and an equally incredible set of charities that I'd previously had no idea even existed.

Love Oliver is a local Edinburgh and Fife based charity that helps families of children with cancer just like ours. We got to know the team really well and they have been an real island of calm for us. https://www.loveoliver.org.uk/

The Wave Project in Dunbar were also amazing, providing support for Iona's siblings Ollie and Poppy during a time that they were full of confusion. They were able to find some outlet being in the sea and getting the awesome one to one attention from the volunteers. https://www.waveproject.co.uk/

There were a number of other charities I could have chosen to support but these two are local and pretty special. Any contribution would be incredible - I have left it up to you which charity you would like to support!
